Kendra Copeland

Born in a small town in Missouri, Kendra felt isolated. She used films to cope, inciting dreams of a screenwriter. But life had different plans. Kendra became a caretaker for her nephews, traveled the world assisting curators, and became a crisis response professional helping students who've endured assault. Now, Kendra writes character-centric stories about women of color who overcome trauma.
